Shipping policy

• Across India, reaching small villages, towns, districts, and big cities.

• Delivery typically takes 2 days for major cities, 3 days for districts, and 4-6 days for smaller and remote areas, especially in the North East states.

• If a cancellation occurs, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

• Kindly allow 1-2 business days for order dispatch. Delivery time is estimated at 3-4 additional days, depending on your proximity to our dispatch location.

• Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are typically shipped the same day, pending completion of card security checks, receipt of payment, and confirmation of stock availability.

• At peak times, like holidays, processing and shipping delays may occur.

• We do not ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural domestic addresses may take an additional day or more.

• If a product is recently marked as 'Out of Stock,' you will be notified. It's then up to the user to decide whether to request a refund or wait until the items become available. 

If the customer selects India Post as the shipping option:

• We cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time.
• We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
• Tracking may not be available as India Post doesn't offer live status updates for shipments.
• In other words, if the customer chooses India Post as the shipping option, it is at their own risk.

• Note: We reserve the right to ship multiple orders from the same customer if any of the orders are still pending to be shipped.
